- Make ready 1 tbsp cooking oil

- Make ready For fried rice-
- Take 2 cups rice or leftover rice
- Make ready 1 capsicum finely slice
- Prepare 1.5 cup cabbage finely slice
- Prepare 2 onion finely slice
- Get 2 green chilli cut in to slit
- Get 1 tsp ginger finely slice
- Get 1 tbsp cooking oil
- Make ready 2 tsp dark soya sauce
- Get To taste salt

Add water to it and bring it to boil. Add in the soaked rice, salt and oil. Cook the rice on a high flame till just little water is left and you begin to see that the surface of rice begins to develop holes. add fried veg balls and give a quick stir. transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with chopped spring onions green. serve veg Manchurian gravy with veg fried rice. Add chopped vegetables and saute till it is just done.(do not over cook) Now add the soya sauce, tomato sauce, pepper powder and salt to taste, mix well.
Steps to make Veg manchurian with fried rice:
- Firstly wash the rice add in a cooker add as required water now pressure cook up to 1whistles on high flame,then turn off the flame keep it aside.
- Add the all given veggies, corn flour, maida, onion green chillies,ginger, to taste salt to a mixing bowl mix everything well.
- Do not add a lot of flour or a strach to the mixed veggies as they make the manchurian balls hard.
- Make lemon size balls.
- Now drop in hot oil and deep fry until they turn crispy and golden on medium heat.
- Drain them on a kitchen tissue.
- Take1/4cup water add cornflour and dissolve it keep it aside.
- Heat oil in a pan the add garlic, ginger saute for a minute.
- Add onion and capsicum for 1 to 2 mins on high flame without burning.
- Lower the heat add all given sauce, red chilli powder and cornflour mixture, stir the corn flour mixture, add water, vinegar some salt,sugar mix it well.
- Keep stirring and cook once medium flame until the sauce thickens, don't cook till very thick.
- Turn off the flame and add fried balls mix gently keep it aside.
- Now veg manchurian is ready.
- Heat the wok with oil add ginger, green chilli stir it few seconds add onion, capsicum, cabbage stir fry on high flame it for few minute then add cooked rice, soya sauce, vinegar, to taste salt mix it well on medium flame.
- Stir fry it for 3 to 4 min on high flame, turn off the flame and keep it aside.
- Now fried rice is ready to serve it.
- Now you can serve and enjoy this.
Add the cooked rice and mix carefully until combined. Cook for a few minutes and switch off the stove. Garnish with chopped spring onion and serve with Vegetable manchurian.
