  5. Add potatoes, stir, cover & cook 25 minutes stirring occasionally.
  6. Stir, then add cabbage on top. Cover and cook 20 minutes stirring every 5 minutes.
  7. Remove from heat and serve or allow to cool (covered) and refrigerate.
