- Heat oil in a kadhai and add cumin to it, saute until it turns aromatic.
- Now add onion and saute well.
- Add ginger, chilli and saute for a minute.
- On a low flame add turmeric,chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and salt.
- Saute on a low flame, until the spices turn aromatic.
- Now add tomato and saute until tomatoes turns soft.
- Now add fried aloo and gobi.
- Mix it gently so that Gobi didn't break. Sprinkle little water.
- Finally add aamchur and garam masala and mix well.
- Crispy fried Aloo gobi ready to serve with chapattis. Garnish with coriander leaves before serving.
