- Slice the tomatoes, pepper and onions. Set aside
- Clean and dice the carrots and green pepper, set aside
- Dice the beef (hot dog),set aside
- Par boil the noodles,drain and set aside
- Put wok or pan on fire, add vegetable oil, allow to heat, add the sliced onions, tomatoes and pepper and stir fry for some minutes.
- Add the diced beef (hot dog),and stir continuously for 3 minutes.
- Add the carrot and green pepper, stir,add the maggi from the noodles pack and some extra cubes if needed and stir generously.
- Then pour in the par boiled noodles and stir evenly. Making sure all ingredients merge well.cover for few seconds and stir continuously again.
