- Wash and cut the bottle gourd and tomatoes in diced. In a pressure cooker add ghee and crackle the cumin seeds. Add broken wheat (daliya) roast till aromatic.
- Now add veggies and soaked and washed split moong beans (hari daal) in sauté for 2-3 mins. Now add turmeric powder and salt and two cups of water.
- Cover the lid and pressure cook for 3 whistles. Open the lid and serve hot this very healthy and delicious daliya with lauki tamatar, with ghee, curd, papad.
