  2. Now add veggies and soaked and washed split moong beans (hari daal) in sauté for 2-3 mins. Now add turmeric powder and salt and two cups of water.
  3. Cover the lid and pressure cook for 3 whistles. Open the lid and serve hot this very healthy and delicious daliya with lauki tamatar, with ghee, curd, papad.
