- Sauce preparation; Heat oil in a wok add chopped onion garlic and vegetable mix. Saute. I forgot to keep aside vegetable mix, hence chopped some again.
- In a small cup mix all the three sauces. Add the sauce mix to the vegetables and also add all the seasonings
- Add all the fried manchurian balls and mix. Switch off flame and keep covered for few minutes.
