  5. Heat oil in a vessel. Once the oil is medium hot fry the manchurian balls in it. Stir now and then for even cooking.
  6. Sauce preparation; Heat oil in a wok add chopped onion garlic and vegetable mix. Saute. I forgot to keep aside vegetable mix, hence chopped some again.
  7. In a small cup mix all the three sauces. Add the sauce mix to the vegetables and also add all the seasonings
  8. Add all the fried manchurian balls and mix. Switch off flame and keep covered for few minutes.
  9. Serve hot as a snack.
