  10. Turn them all over and add back to the oven

Cook the ground pork in the same pot then remove & set aside. Mix the sweet soy, soy sauce, sweet chilli sauce, brown sugar, garlic, grated ginger, the chopped stems and roots of coriander and the pineapple chunks and juice. Taste and add salt if necessary.. Yes, I so remember our learning. For the Roasted Pork Belly, score the skin of the pork belly and rub in three quarters of the salt.
