Crumble over bouillon cubes, and stir in wine; continue to cook for a few minutes. With chunks of chuck roast, browned in bacon fat and cooked with red kidney beans, red chili and chipotle chili, onion, garlic, jalapeños, tomatoes, and lime juice. - Pour tomato sauce, cheese sauce and add cubed cheese. Stir in sugar, salt and pepper to taste. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to medium low. Stir in kidney beans. Cover, and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally until chili thickens.
