  2. For your meat,i used mortar to mince my meat,in a pan add the oil +onion and your meat stir fry for 3 mins,then add your scotch bonnet and thyme followed by your seasonings to taste, and spices continue stir frying till well cooked then sprinkle your persely and turn off heat allow it to cool.
  3. Use a masher and mash your potatoes,add your scotch bonnet and mix very till well combined,and here they are all ready
  4. Add your seasoning,+onion,persely to your mashed potatoes and mix
  5. Add the flour and mixx very well,
  6. Grease your palms with oil,and pinch a good amount of the mashed S/ potatoe, and do as shown here
  7. Gently mould and make a drumstick shape,repeat till all are finished(note:u can make small small ones)
  8. Ready for coating
  9. Dip ur potatoe drumstick in flour nd coat them very well,then dip in egg wash
  10. Then use ur hands to dip them in the flakes till nicely covered like shown here,pour a little amount of oil in a pan,not too much oil pls
  11. Dip fry them,nd flip when done till all the sides are well fried and tanaaa
