- Take a bowl add Besan, suji, curd, salt, red chili powder, turmeric mix well.
- Add water make thick medium consistency batter. Rest for 10 minutes. Now add Eno mix well.
- Grease Idli moulds pour batter and microwave for 5 minutes.
- For Tempering:- Take a kadai or pan Heat oil add mustard seeds, kasuri methi, curry leaves saute for a second. Now add onion greenchilli, capsicum, Saute for a few minutes. Add salt, tomato ketchup, lemon juice mix well. Now add steamed / cooked Dhokla Idli mix well cover and cook for 2 minutes.
- Serve with Chutney.
RECIPE: Mix semolina and the ragi flour. Add salt, ginger and green chilli paste to it and mix well.
