  1. In a kadai,splutter jeera seeds in oil/butter.
  2. Add  black stone flower or kalpasi.
  3. Fry Paste 1 and paste 2 in order till raw smell goes.
  4. Add cauliflower florets and bring to boil.
  5. Once cooked,add Paste 3 and let it simmer for few more mins.add milk to adjust creamy consistency.
  6. Add garam masala and sprinkle  coriander leaves and kasuri methi and switch off.
