  4. Add milk, sugar and cardamon powder to the potatoes and mix well till the mixture becomes dry.
  5. Make small sized balls with this mixture.
  6. Take a small lemon size dough into hand, spread it on palm and stuff the potato mixture into it and cover the mixture on all sides with the spread dough.
  7. Roll that dough laden potato mixture softly on a rolling surface into small chapathi size.
  8. Heat tawa and place the chapati on and roast both the sides by adding sufficient ghee.
  9. Serve it hot for a tasty treat
