Steps to make Gobhi Pakoras:
- Mix all the ingredients mentioned in a bowl except the last four. Use water as required to a make thick but lumpfree batter. Keep aside well covered for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat Oil in a large Kadai. Drop small portions of the batter in hot Oil. Deep fry on a medium-high heat until golden brown and done. Do them in batches of 2 or 3.
- Remove them onto a paper towel. Now in the same Oil, after done with all the Pakoras, add Curry Leaves and whole Green Chillies. Serve them hot well garnished with these fried Curry Leaves and Green Chillies. Sprinkle some Chat Masala too. Enjoy to the last bite!
