Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat together. Then add in the beetroot puree, caster sugar and vanilla extract. Pour into the chocolate mixture and whisk everything together. Sweet, earthy beetroot combines with nutty chickpeas in these delicious savoury bites.
Steps to make Healthy Beetroot bites:
- Peel and wash the beet. Boil it as a whole in a pan with little salt and water till properly cooked. Keep it aside.
- Mix all the other ingredients except salt and chaat masala in a big bowl.
- Cut the beet into thin slices.
- Fill the prepared stuffing and fold the beet slice half way through.
- Repeat the same with all the slices.
- Sprinkle lime juice,salt and chaat masala over them and serve immediately.
- Quick beetroot bites are ready.
