  1. Peel and wash the beet. Boil it as a whole in a pan with little salt and water till properly cooked. Keep it aside.
  2. Mix all the other ingredients except salt and chaat masala in a big bowl.
  3. Cut the beet into thin slices.
  4. Fill the prepared stuffing and fold the beet slice half way through.
  5. Repeat the same with all the slices.
  6. Sprinkle lime juice,salt and chaat masala over them and serve immediately.
  7. Quick beetroot bites are ready.
