- Prepare 1 Tomato
- Take 1 Onion
- Get 1 Tablespoon coriander leaves, chopped

- Prepare 1 Pinch asafoetida
- Prepare 1 Tablespoon roasted cumin seed powder
- Make ready 1 Tablespoon red chilli powder
- Make ready 1 Tablespoon black pepper powder

- Stir the yoghurt and add some water so that it get a smooth consistency.
- Wash the tomato, onion & coriander and cut into small pieces.
- Mix tomato, onion & coriander into the curd. Then add rest all masala like black pepper, red chili powder, black salt, roasted cumin seed powder, asafoetida into the yoghurt.
- Stir well and garnish it with boondi, coriander, roasted cumin seed powder and red chilli powder.Now refrigerator this bowl of raita for 30 minutes.
- Serve abd eat this cold raita with any meals.
