  1. Stir the yoghurt and add some water so that it get a smooth consistency.
  2. Wash the tomato, onion & coriander and cut into small pieces.
  3. Mix tomato, onion & coriander into the curd. Then add rest all masala like black pepper, red chili powder, black salt, roasted cumin seed powder, asafoetida into the yoghurt.
  4. Stir well and garnish it with boondi, coriander, roasted cumin seed powder and red chilli powder.Now refrigerator this bowl of raita for 30 minutes.
  5. Serve abd eat this cold raita with any meals.
