I have filled them with sprout chaat today but you can use fruit chaat, chana chaat, bhel or any other filling of your choice.   9. For samosa patti katori cut patti in center put on greased muffin tray put some rice on it brush oil and baked blind after baking put on cooling rack
  10. For tamarind chutney mix all ingridients and bland
  11. For green chutney blend all ingredients and use water if you need
  12. Cut boiled potato in cubsand fry and soak chickpeas in water with baking soda for whole night and at morning wash it with fresh water and boil till tender
  13. Mix caster sugar in curd and beat ' Chop all vegitables make som fries for serving
  14. For assambling in a Katori put some chickpeas prinkle some salt,chaat masala,crushed red chilli both chatnies curd fried potatoes and chopped vegies and sew serve as you like

Today I filled them with the spicy veggie mixture but you can also use bhel poori, chana chaat, sprout chaat, fruit chaat or any other filling of your choice. I prefer using white sandwich bread in making this katoris or cups and they are. Chana chaat in aloo katori' is a typical 'dilli wali chaat' in a fancy crispy potato katori. In this recipe I made katoris or basket with potatoes, but there is another variation of the katori chaat. In the second version of making katori, it is made with fried white flour dough and then deep fried to crispy perfection.
