Instructions to make Bottle gourd (Lauki) halwa:
  1. Peel and wash lauki and grate.Skip middle part of it.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan.add ghee and roast dry fruits lightly and take out in a plate. Now add grated bottle gourd and cook on low heat. Stir continuously. place the lid for 3-4mi minutes to cook it perfectly.
  3. When it cooks completely and dries it's water then add milk. Stir until it dissolves in Lauki.
  4. Now add sugar. Mix well.add cardamom powder and some dry fruits.cook for few minutes or until halwa gets light thick.
  5. Now add some ghee. Stir continuously for 2 -3 minutes. Switch off the flame. Delicious bottle gourd halwa is ready.
  6. Garnish with dry fruits and serve.
