- Prepare 1 cup Chickpea flour
- Make ready 1/2 kg curd
- Prepare 1 chopped onion
- Make ready 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- Take 6 red chillies
- Take 1/4 tsp fenugreek seeds
- Take 1 tsp turmeric powder
- Take 1 tbs red chilli powder
- Prepare 1 tsp salt
- Prepare 4 curry leaves

- Prepare 2 cups Chickpea flour
- Take 1 chopped onion
- Prepare 2 tbsp coriander leaves
- Prepare 2 tbsp mint leaves
- Make ready 1 tbsp kasori methi
- Prepare 1 tbsp coriander seeds crushed
- Make ready 1/2 tsp salt
- Get 1 tbsp red chilli powder
- Take 1 tsp cumin seeds
- Make ready 1 pinch backing soda
- Take As required Water

- Get 1/2 cup oil
- Take 5 dried red chilli
- Get 1 pinch cumin seeds
- Prepare 5 curry leaves
The Punjabi pakora kadhi is quite richly flavoured with an assortment of spices ranging from cloves and cinnamon to fenugreek and coriander seeds. Kadhi pakora, a punjabi style kadhi recipe into which deep fried dumplings made of besan or chickpea flour are added and served along with steamed rice. Instructions to make Pakora kadhi:
- Take a pan add curd chickpea flour and add water and mix well and keep aside. Take a kadhai add oil, fenugreek seeds, cumin seeds, dry red chilli and onion. Stir fry well add ginger garlic paste, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and stir fry well. Then add curd chickpea mixture and cook well after boil cook low flame for 1 hour.
- Take a bowl add chickpea cumin seeds crushed, coriander seeds, onion, mint leaves, coriander leaves, salt, red chilli powder, kasuri methi, baking powder and some water then mix well. Then batter and fry the pakora in oil and add curry.
- Take a pan add oil, add cumin seeds, curry leaves dry red chilli and bhagar in curry ready to serve with boil.
