By Marinating florets with yoghurt and all spices makes it yummy with rich flavour and nice taste.-As we are using very little oil for baking it is healthy too. Sprinkle some chaat masala over the broccoli tandoori and serve it with fresh salad and green chutney. Serve hot on a bed of onion rings and mint leaves.
