How to make Punjabi Kadhi Pakora Dhaba Style - Kadhi Pakora is a punjabi delicacy made very often in northern households. Made with yougurt, fenugreek seeds and chickpea flour. - Firstly assemble all the ingredients before hand. Take the chopped onion, chopped coriander leaves, chopped green chillies, salt, termaric powder, gram flour and little water in a mixing bowl then mix it well.
- In a kadai heat enough oil to fry. With wet hand take small portion of the mixture, make small sized ball and fry them till they become golden brown.
- In a bowl take the curd, water, gram flour, salt as per taste and turmeric powder and mix well.
- In a pan heat oil. Add the dried red chilli, saunf, cumin seeds and hing for tempering. Then add the curd-besan mixture and allow it to boil.
- When boil comes check the seasoning then add the pakoras and some chopped coriander leaves. Cook for one more min.
- Finally kadhi pakora is ready to serve. Serve it with some steamed rice or roti.
