Instructions to make Bottle gourd:
  1. Peel, wash and cut bottle gourd and potato in cubes….Cut onion and tomato….
  2. Heat oil in a pressure cooker add cumin seeds,hing and onion….When onion turns red add turmeric powder, coriander powder and red chilli powder……
  3. Now add tomato..And bottle gourd and potato and salt and mix well…
  4. Cover the cooker….After 2 whistle switch the flake low….After 5 minutes switch off the gas….
  5. When pressure is out. Mis garam masala and coriander leaves…..
