  3. Add flour and milk and stir well so flour does not clump. Allow it to cook until it is no longer liquidy. Mix in mozzarella and parmesan
  4. Fold the chicken into the boiled rice and allow it to cool
  5. Peel and mash the potatoes. Add some salt, black pepper and oregano.
  6. Make small balls out of the rice mixture. Coat them in the mashed potatoes. Dip in egg and roll in bread crumbs. Deep fry the balls.

Traditionally, an onigiri is filled with pickled ume (), salted salmon, katsuobushi, kombu, tarako, mentaiko or any other. Pour breadcrumbs into a pile on one end of a cutting board.
