- Take Water to adjust batter consistency
- Get Ghee
- Get Machurian gravy (less in qty as we need it to be dry)
- Take 3-4 Chopped scallion whites & green separate
- Make ready 1 small Finely chopped onion
- Prepare 1 green chilli slit cut
- Prepare 1.5 tsp chopped / minced garlic
- Prepare 1 tsp chopped/ minced ginger
- Prepare 1.5 tsp dark soy sauce
- Make ready 1.5 tsp vinegar
- Make ready 1 tbsp ching’s red chilli sauce
- Prepare 2-3 tbsp tomato ketchup
- Get Salt for taste
- Make ready 1/2 tbsp ching’s green chilli sauce and
- Make ready 1 tbsp oil
- Make ready Water if required
- Get 1 tsp black pepper powder
Mini idli sambar, the perfect bite size small idlis dipped into the hot vegetable sambar is the perfect combo to serve in the breakfast or lunch. Mini idli is the smaller version of soft and spongy round shaped steamed regular rice idli, also known as button idli and cocktail idli. The taste and procedure to make this snack are exactly the same. We went for the super paper roast, masala, chilli paneer, and gobi manchurian dosas.
Instructions to make Mini Manchurian Dosa:
- Begin with preparing machurian. Take a fry pan and start heating up oil once all ingredients are ready. Take a bowl add all veggies, black pepper, salt. Add all purpose flour & corn flour. Bind it and form small balls. Deep fry at medium to high flame until golden brown
- For gravy take a pan and heat oil. Work on medium to high heat. Add ginger garlic scallion white finely chopped onion and sauté for 2-3 mins. Add 1/2 of scallion greens, all the sauces & dash of water. saute for 2 more minutes. Add black pepper and salt (if required).
- Add fried Manchurian balls and stir. Garnish with leftover scallion greens. Set aside to use as filling in dosa.
- Heat dosa skillet. Spread dosa batter in round shape and apply ghee. Spread Manchurian filling and roll the dosa. Serve it hit just like that or with coconut chutney. I promise you won’t need chutney or sambhar😉
