  16. Get Machurian gravy (less in qty as we need it to be dry)
  17. Take 3-4 Chopped scallion whites & green separate
  18. Make ready 1 small Finely chopped onion
  19. Prepare 1 green chilli slit cut
  20. Prepare 1.5 tsp chopped / minced garlic
  21. Prepare 1 tsp chopped/ minced ginger
  22. Prepare 1.5 tsp dark soy sauce
  23. Make ready 1.5 tsp vinegar
  24. Make ready 1 tbsp ching’s red chilli sauce
  25. Prepare 2-3 tbsp tomato ketchup
  26. Get Salt for taste
  27. Make ready 1/2 tbsp ching’s green chilli sauce and
  28. Make ready 1 tbsp oil
  29. Make ready Water if required
  30. Get 1 tsp black pepper powder

Mini idli sambar, the perfect bite size small idlis dipped into the hot vegetable sambar is the perfect combo to serve in the breakfast or lunch. Mini idli is the smaller version of soft and spongy round shaped steamed regular rice idli, also known as button idli and cocktail idli. The taste and procedure to make this snack are exactly the same. We went for the super paper roast, masala, chilli paneer, and gobi manchurian dosas.

Instructions to make Mini Manchurian Dosa:
  1. Begin with preparing machurian. Take a fry pan and start heating up oil once all ingredients are ready. Take a bowl add all veggies, black pepper, salt. Add all purpose flour & corn flour. Bind it and form small balls. Deep fry at medium to high flame until golden brown
  2. For gravy take a pan and heat oil. Work on medium to high heat. Add ginger garlic scallion white finely chopped onion and sauté for 2-3 mins. Add 1/2 of scallion greens, all the sauces & dash of water. saute for 2 more minutes. Add black pepper and salt (if required).
  3. Add fried Manchurian balls and stir. Garnish with leftover scallion greens. Set aside to use as filling in dosa.
  4. Heat dosa skillet. Spread dosa batter in round shape and apply ghee. Spread Manchurian filling and roll the dosa. Serve it hit just like that or with coconut chutney. I promise you won’t need chutney or sambhar😉

Also ordered mini idlis and methu vadas. The traditional dosas and vadas were really good. The ones with innovative fillings were okay,. Manchurian Dosa ( typical indo - chinese gobi manchurian flav), paneer chilly dosa and chettinad dosa. Recently I went to The Dosa King at Suryanagar, Delhi.
