  3. add milk to flour mix stirring it well until mix is fully dissolved into milk
  4. add milk/flour mux onto garlic buttered skillet on low heat until thickened
  5. sprinkle parsley for garnish and flavor
  6. serve over pasta, veggies, chicken, or fish, and enjoy!! ;-)
