- Cover loosely with damp towel let rise 30 min.
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Brush crescents with a lightly beaten egg. Bake for 15 min. Transfer to wire rack.
I think they need more salt. I tried the recipe a second time, and I made sure I used salted butter. Cream butter; gradually add sugar, creaming well. Blend in flour, salt and pecans; mix well. Chill for easier handling, if desired.
