- Cover the casserole with an aluminium foil. Pop it, in a preheated oven for 40 min at 175°.
- During the last 20 min, uncover the casserole and increase the temperature to 190° to give the florets a crisper edge.
- Once the baking is done.. Serve immediately when hot. You can eat it as it is or enjoy it as a side dish. Enjoy.
