  3. Grease your hands and make small balls with mixture.
  4. Meanwhile heat the oil on medium flame….now add small batches of manchurian balls and fry on medium flame till golden and crisp. Take out on an absorbent paper.
  5. For making sauce…
  6. Heat 1/2 TSP of sesame oil in a wok (kadai)….and ginger, garlic and green chillies and saute well for a minute.
  7. Add the chopped onions..saute for a minute on high flame…and then add all the sauces…stir well.
  8. Lower the flame and add corn flour..stir quickly as it thickens the gravy and then add salt and black pepper. Stir again.
  9. As the sauce begins to thi ken after adding corn flour quickly add manchurian balls and saute them so they get coated with the gravy.
  10. Now add the vinegar and switch off the flame. Toss it properly… The manchurian is ready now..
  11. Garnish with spring onions green and serve hot…enjoy it as a starter.
