- Mix potatoes well,add grated mozarella or chedder and mix again
- To make perfect size balls,use scoop to make balls
- Scoop potatoes in your hand and roll to a ball
- Arrange ball in a tray,do not over crow them
- In three different bowls,add flour to one,break eggs in one,add bread crumbs to one
- Firstly put balls in flour,saute in egg then bread crumbs.
- Put balls back in egg then in bread crumbs continously depending on how crusty you want it.
- Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
