- Beat 1 egg and add to the fish and mix.
- Add the curd to the fish and mix well.
- Add the gram flour and rice flour to the fish and mix. You can also add a bit more or less for desired consistency.
- You can also add dried and crushed fenugreek to the fish. (This is optional)
- Now deep fry the fish in vegetable oil.
- Remove the fish from the oil after it's cooked. Remove excess oil on the fish and finally sprinkle Chaat masala over it.
