  3. Now with the help of slotted ladle (channi) pour the batter in it and fry it till crispy.
  4. Now take half cup boondi and add warm water and leave it.
  5. Meanwhile take curd add red chilli powder cumin powder and salt mix it till it’s lump free then add coriander leaves and give it a good mix.
  6. After that add drained boondi and mix it.
  7. Now for tadka heat the oil add cumin seeds and red chilli crackle it and transfer it into the raita, mix it.
