  15. Take 1 tbs coriander leaves curry leaves , each -

How to make banana 🍌 flower cutlete. Mix well and cook for sometime on low flame. In a separate vessel, boil the toor dal well and mash it. Add this with the cooked banana flower.

Instructions to make Banana flower -chicken cutlets:
  1. Cook the grated  banana flower adding little salt and turmeric
  2. Cook the chicken with salt, turmeric and  pepper powder and mince well
  3. Potato  is cooked soft and sliced to very small pieces
  4. Heat 2 tbs oil in a pan and saute the mustard, followed by the spices set-B,till onions turn slightly brown. Now add the minced chicken and saute till it is free of water contents.Add cooked banana flower and saute for a few more minutes till it is dry. Add spices set -A and mix thoroughly Now add potato and mix it with the contents in the pan. Stir the contents with a spatula till the potato get fully smashed and everything get finely blended.
  5. After the mixture has become cool,make small balls and shape them oval or round as desired.Dip in egg white.cover with bread crumbs or oats and fry in the rest of the oil in medium heat. Turn both sides Delicious soft and crispy cutlets are ready

Make into small balls as to resemble cutlets. Beat an egg in a separate dish. Dip the cutlets in the beaten egg, one by one, and coat well with breadcrumbs. Add banana flower and saute in low flame till it become soft. Remove from flame, add salt and mix well; allow it to cool down.
