- Add cooked dal in a mixing bowl. Add wheat flour and all the ingredients for mixing in flour except water. Knead a soft dough. If needed only then add water. Rest for 15 minutes.

- Heat a griddle. Put paratha on the griddle and roast for 2 minutes. Flip the side and roast from other side also. Apply cooking oil on it and flip again apply oil on this side also and roast till it turn golden brown.
