- Cut the cauliflower into medium sized florets.Chop the carrots.Heat oil in a wok.Lightly fry the cauliflower in low flame till golden.Saute the carrots till half done.The vegetables should not lose their crunch.In the remaining oil add bay leaf and half crushed whole garam masala.Add crushed black pepper.Add grated ginger and fry.Also add fennel and fenugreek seeds for tempering.Add the ground paste,dry masalas,salt and sugar to taste,chopped tomato,green peas and fry.
