Biryani is what i often make, atleast once in two weeks. Low-carb chicken biryani using cauliflower rice instead of the basmati rice with delicious warm, authentic flavors. - Now heat the ghee in a pressure cooker, and add Shahi jeera, cardamom, star anise, bay leaf, cinnamon, cloves, black pepper, saute for few seconds.
- After take the soaked rice and drain it well. Then add to cooker saute again for a minute. Now add required water to it.
- Cover & boil until it becomes 75% cook, in pressure cooker cook for 2 whistle, then cool it completely,
- In the deep heavy bottom pan add little Ghee, place the fried kofta's layer, next add rice then sprinkle some saffron milk and chopped coriander leaves, fried onions, make this type layer by layer how much you want,
- Remember Last top layer comes with rice, then cover the lid and simmer 5 mins in low flame.
- Finally serve hot, yammilicious cauliflower koftas birayani is ready. Serve it with raita, curd, sambar as you wish.
