- Cut cauliflower into florets and fry in ghee till golden brown.(I shallow fry in 4 tbsp ghee in nonstick). Similarly fry potatoesin ghee.
- Make smooth paste from the mentioned ingredients for it in mixer grinder. Beat the curd. In same pan add ghee, add & saute the masala paste for few minutes. Add beaten curds and one cup of water.
- Add and mix fried cauliflower florets,potatoes, boiled peas, tomato pieces,salt.
- Cover and cook for few minutes. Add sugar and cream,mix well.
- Sprinkle little garam masala on top and Serve, delicious Hot Shahi Cauliflower with parathas.
