In a large nonstick skillet, brown cube steaks on both sides in oil over medium-high heat; remove and set aside. Add the tomatoes, tomato sauce and bouillon. - Add beef stock, stir to combine. Lower heat and simmer about 30 minutes or until gravy is thick and smooth and meat tender.
- Serve over whipped potatoes or noodles. Enjoy.
