The ingredients needed to make Microwave Potato Chips:
  1. Get 2 medium sized potatoes, washed and thinly sliced
  2. Get 2-3 tbsp oil for brushing (optional)

  1. Put the potato slices in ice water for about 4-5 minutes.
  2. Tap them dry with a paper towel and place in a tray to dry for about 8-10 minutes.
  3. Grease a microwave safe plate / put butter paper on the plate and keep the slices on the plate such that they dont touch each other
  4. You can brush some oil on both sides of the chip but this is completely optional… they taste equally better without oil as well.
  5. Place in the microwave on highest power (mine is 750 watt) for 1 minute and then flip the chips and then again for 30-40 secs.
  6. Mix the dry ingredients and season the potato chips as per your tasty!! - - Your guilt free crunchy treat is ready!!
