- In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets, onion, olive oil, salt & pepper. - Mix gently.
- Place in a 9 OR 9.5 inches Microwave-Safe glass Pie Pan/Dish. Spread properly & evenly in a single layer.
- Cover with Microwave Safe Lid or vented Plastic Wrap.
- Select Power Level 8 (P8) & Set the Timer at 7 minutes. When done, let stand in the Microwave Oven for 2 minutes.
