The ingredients needed to make Pochero:
  1. Make ready 1/2 K pork meat
  2. Prepare 5 Saba banana cut diagonally

Instructions to make Pochero:
  1. Saute onion and garlic together with pork. Add 2 1/2 glasses of water. Wait for it to boil.
  2. Add the Saba banana. Boil until pork is already tender.
  3. Add the vegetables and seasonings.
