  2. Make ready 1 1/2 cup dried milk powder

  6. Take 3 tbsp water
  7. Make ready 1 1/2 cup mango puree

Steps to make Mango Kulfi:
  1. In a pot, boil milk. Lower the flame and add milk powder and comelle and/or nuts. Mix well and let the mixture simmer for about 20 minutes or until it thickens.
  2. Once thick, make cornflour slurry and add it while whisking continuously along with elaichi powder. Do not stop stirring for 5 minutes. Dip a spoon and check if it covers the back, it indicates that the mixture is ready.
  3. Turn off the flame and transfer the mixture to a big bowl and allow to cool completely. It should not be warm either.
  4. Once it has completely cooled down at room temperature. mix in the mango puree and transfer to kulfi moulds. Freeze for 8 hours or overnight. Enjoy.
