  7. Get Half teaspoon garam masala
  8. Make ready 1/3 teaspoon red chilli powder

Steps to make Tadka momos:
  1. First make smooth hard dough by adding pinch of salt and sugar and tablespoon oil
  2. Let it rest for atleast 2 to 3 hours.if you do not have time to rest then just baking soda and rest for 30 minutes atleast
  3. Now prepare filling mixture.roast onion in oil and add other grated vegetables and all the spices together
  4. Let it cook at low flame and soak all the water and after cook let it cool down
  5. Take dough and make big tortillas and cut small portions round with glass or bowl
  6. Now fill it with mixture and close the sides either in any shape if you know properly otherwise just close softly simply
  7. Take a broad deep pan.set a strainer and cabbage leaves as I showed.and set 8 to 10 small momos at leaves.let it steam at medium flame for 6 to 7 minutes and turn the sides.now again steam for 5 minutes.
  8. Total 15 minutes in once to steam 8 to 10 set momos are enough.yummy tadka momos are ready.enjoy and share your views

Steam Vegetable Momos with Tangy spicy Chutney. For the recipe, I prepare to use carrot, capsicum, onion and corn. You can used any combo of vegetables which you prefer or available. You can serve this momos with tomoto ketchup or chili sauce. I used idli stand for steaming this momos.
