- Add garlic and paprika. No need to add more oil. Add 1tbs of teriyaki sauce
- Add mashed tofu from step 1. Add finely chopped onion. Mix well and cook for 3 minutes
- Add sliced onion for topping
- Pour eggs and add chopped spring onion. Cover the pan and let it cooked for 3 minutes
- Move the tofu omellete to a plate. Ready to serve
Chop up the garlic up in a food processor. Add the tofu, nutritional yeast, olive oil, turmeric and salt. My favourite part about this dish is the flavour profile from the Teriyaki Tofu marinade.
