- Heat 1 tsp oil and pop the cumin,add stem,salt,red chili powder,green chili paste,chat masala and cumin powder, roast it till evaporates the water.cool the mixture. divide the dough into small balls,stuff each with the mixture and make the paratha.
- Heat the ghee and shallow fry the paratha. serve hot with chutney or curd,,
