  1. Get 1 bunch Cauliflower Cut
  2. Take 2 potato cut
  3. Get Garlic crushed

  1. Wash cauliflower and potato cuts together. And soak it for 15-20 mins and rinse water.
  2. In iron kadhai pour 1 tbsp oil.
  3. Add jeera hing and dhaniya
  4. Later add garlic and fry it.
  5. Add red chilli powder, turmeric and garam masala and give it a rapid stir and add cauliflower and potato and mix it with masala. Add salt and sprinkle some water. Mix it and put lid on am cook it till potato cook upto mashing stage.
  6. Serve it with some lime on top.
