  8. Fry it till some dry.when it gets roasted, it will release a beautiful aroma.

  12. Make balls from the dough.roll it out.
  13. Fill fried Dal in it.roll it again. Make medium thick circle from this.
  14. Heat the oil,keep it in slow flame.put rolled kachori in it.
  15. Now keep it in medium flame.
  16. Fry it till crispy.
  17. Remove it from the flame.
  18. Serve it hot - hot with green chuteny & curd.
