  8. Make ready 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  9. Make ready 2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
  10. Prepare 1 tbsp dry white wine
  11. Prepare 1 tbsp oyster sauce or other stir fry sauce (teriyaki, etc)

Fry until broccoli has softened and chicken is cooked all the way through. Spoon in the oyster sauce and soy sauce, pour in the stock and add the salt and pepper.   5. Add all heated veggies back to wok, add chicken and any additional sauce desired, adding any delicate veggies such as bean sprouts, mushrooms, or tomatoes and stir fry for another 1-2 minutes until chicken is cooked and veggies are heated through
  6. Thicken pan juices with corn starch if desired
  7. Serve immediately with white or fried rice
