- Add coriander leaves, salt, chilli powder
- Add garam masala, 2 spoons oil, ginger garlic paste
- Add coconut paste and mix everything well and add some water and pressure cook for 3 whistles
- After 3 whistles there must be some water that has come out. You can have this recipe in this stage as soup or curry but if you want to have roast follow the below procedure.
- Switch on the stove and keep the cooker open and cook till gravy thickens
- Now take a kadai add 3 spoons oil and transfer the gravy to the oil
- Cook till spleen gets roasted on medium low flame for 10 minutes. Add pepper powder and stir for one minute and switch off flame
- Add some raw onion and coriander leaves on top and serve the delicious spleen roast as starter or as sides for chapathi, roti or any rice dish.
