- bring to a simmer 4 cups water plus 1 can chicken stock
- rinse all grains to remove starch.
- pour grains into simmrring water, dont stir after pouring. cover with lid

- combine all ingredients, and dressing. fold softly to prevent starch build up.
- chopp in half cherry tomatoes. place on top
