- on a sepreate container, mix flour with parm cheese, salt and pepper
- add milk to flour mix stirring it well until mix is fully dissolved into milk
- add milk/flour mux onto garlic buttered skillet on low heat until thickened
- sprinkle parsley for garnish and flavor
- serve over pasta, veggies, chicken, or fish, and enjoy!! ;-)
