- take a pot filled with room temperature water,toss in the bag of shrimp and let it soak for about 10 minutes
- chop up the salmon into nice size pieces and set aside.
- grab your herbs ( cilantro, peppers and onion) and dice them into small pieces
- finally after pulling the tails of the shrimp chop it up into decent pieces.I like to use the jumbo ones because u can get more pieces when chopped up
- in a bowl take all your ingredients and add the bottle of lemon juice..the juice should be level with the ingredients. add the chilli powder or picante sauce to your liking.
- place in fridge for about an hour and serve with corn tortilla.
